What is Women of Destiny?

Women of Destiny is a ministry not only for women, but by women of the church. Every ministry of the church should seek to win souls and make disciples for Jesus. With this in mind, the Women’s Ministry at Skyway has developed many avenues of service as well as fellowship.

Did you know that the number one way that women can reduce stress is to fellowship with other women? That in itself is a wonderful way to give of yourself. That is why fellowship is intertwined throughout our ministry.

Monthly meetings are held in the LifeCenter on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. Women of Destiny also offers several Bible studies.

Who can be a Woman of Destiny?

Any lady age 16 or older may attend any of our meetings. In Titus 2:3-5, we read, “Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.” NIV We would love for any of our young ladies to be involved in our women’s ministry. It’s a wonderful place for Titus 2:3-5 to happen.
